It was about time to have a woman in charge. I only wish she was called Modesty Blaise! (I'm not a big fan of the movie, but my grandmother used to collect all kinds of books, and she had some of those that were published here to turn into two books, and I liked the stories. I still do).
I hope everything goes well today. Tomorrow the radio is celebrating a sports party (they do it every year, with the sports team giving awards to the local teams that have achieved something worth mentioning this year, also individual players, anniversaries... Well, to tell you the truth, most teams get some sort of recognition or other), and I'll be helping out (mostly with the snacks and drinks afterwards). If you're not into sports it isn't very interesting, but anything that encourages local teams is a good thing...
Can I buy London Bridge? :) Awesome. I'll take two.
