Nik Nak’s Daily Teaser — 2nd June, 2025.

2nd June, 2025.

I am officially knackered!

Yes: it’s Monday.

And, as ever, I’m up early: so I can head for my weight management group.

Hopefully, I’ll’ve lost a few ounces.

But … ?

I’m feeling slightly more tired than usual … as I’ve finished my written review of “The Reality War”: and the accompanying video …

Feel free to hit the ‘Like’ button.

I can head back to bed, once that’s done!

~≈😴≈~

Let’s move on.

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Mum*, Olga† and Debbi‡ putting in their answers: with Olga and Debbi scoring five out of five, and Mum on four.

Let’s see how everyone does with today’s five question set, shall we?

Here it is, along with the How To, License and video.

*        Hello, Mum!

†        Oh, crikey!   I’d forgotten about the versions of Apocalypse Now, Olga.   That would be a problematic one to review!

I’ll keep that in mind, Debbi!   Oh … I’ve message you a lorry …

  1. Q1) Last of the Summer Wine. I think there’s a mistake in the question, though. He was born on the 1st February 1921 (not on the second of june) and died on the 2nd of June 2017. I think perhaps a mishap with cutting and pasting information...

    Q2) Judaism

    Q3) 1919

    Q4) Elmo

    Q5) baseball
I hope today's meeting goes well and you've lost some weight.
To make it even more interesting (and longer), I watched Apocalypse Now Redux and another film (No Man's Land, very good as well), so I spent most of the day at the cinema. A lovely old cinema in Brighton, the Duke of York's.
It seems to keep going strong...

Oh, and it seems the birds are here to stay, as they have been continuously at the nest since yesterday afternoon.

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?

I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.

Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.

Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.

Thank you.
