My word, that was nice … !
I’ve got to admit, I came home from work, tonight, to find that Virgin 1 was happily showing the 1995 film, “Hackers”.
Which I’ve got to admit, I loved!
OK, granted it may not have been accurate — on the technology front — but it was an entertaining film.
One that followed the exploits of a group of high-school hackers, as they deal with a corporate extortion plot; focusing on the character of talented teenage hacker with a past, Dade Murphy , played by Johnny Lee Miller, and his female opposite number at his new high school, Kate Libby; played in her first major movie rôle, by the ever gorgeous Angelina Jolie.
The fact there’s a few minutes of Angelina in a wet t-shirt in this film, makes it worth watching!!
Now, I’m not going to do a plot summary, here; the Wikipedia and IMDb entries do a far better job of it than I do.
But I am going to recommend that you watch this, if you get the chance.
It’s a fun film.
And the fact the production uses Mac’s definitely grabbed me … !

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
