A Poster, A Post, My Kingdom for A … … look, you get the idea ……!
1 comment:
I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
† Your Facebook, X/Twitter, Blogger, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn profile are acceptable. I also like seeing folks webpages.

ReplyDeleteI can understand some of the negative reactions you are getting about the issue of collecting your parking permits.
To be fair I should imagine most of the residents collecting permit at the arranged time would have been at work that day and still made time to turn up regardless of their start or finish times.
I know you could have attended because you finished work at 18:30 hrs that night by your own admission giving you a good hour to get to the venue, which is only a 10 minute walk at most from the station.
Yes I know Sara said she would deliver them and that changed, but it changed for all of us, but those that attended adapted to the new situation because this parking scheme will make things better for us all and that was what was required to take it forward.
Of course some residents couldn't make it and would need their permits delivered, but I don't think you were one of them!
This entry on the blog is unlikely to mend any bridges with those who have tried to improve things on the estate, and continues the confusing and muddled criticisms of those efforts.
