The Lights … The LIGHTS!!

You know, I’ve got to confess, what with one thing and another, I forgot to mention last week’s episode of Merlin!

Terrible!

Consider me suitably chastised!!

Fascinating episode, too; we see enchantress, Morgause — Emilia Fox — arrive at Camelot, and challenge Arthur — Bradley James — to an ol’ fashioned duel!

Without telling him that she’s a woman.

With hysterical results …

Well, I say that … !!

It’s fascinating to see what the writers and producers have been doing with the various sources, too; the old story that Uther seduces another man’s wife is turned in Uther using magic to allow Egraine — Arthur’s mother — to conceive. And die in the process …

Nasty …

And all the nastier because Arthur doesn’t know.

We can only wait and see what’ll happen next …

Now just as a follow-up, remember me writing, a little while ago, about Kelly’s Open Mic Night, over at the Alex? I think there may be problems, there, as Kelly’s just posted up that it’s been indefinitely postponed.

Which is sad.

But I do know Kelly’s had problems with her chest, just recently, so it could all tie with that.

Get well soon, Kell!

Oh, and one more thing …

Bless her, Andrea was out and about, fairly late, last night; and managed to catch the sky lighting up, when a meteor hit her part of Nevada, in the early hours of this morning.

She was a touch worried about it; her part of Vegas is in range of Area 51, after all, which had her thinking it could well have been ANYTHING!

But it was something to see, apparently.

Enjoy the footage!

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?

I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.

Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.

Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.

Thank you.
