You know, I’ve said it before, and I’ll no doubt say it again, but it is rather nice to see one’s name in print.
And I’ll be frank … ? I’m enough of a drama queen to like seeing it there.
But, so far … ?
So far, I’m going to admit, it’s all in a (hopefully) good cause.

I’d better fill you in, hadn’t I … ? (Says I, being very aware a couple of friends have asked about it … )
As you’ve probably guessed, by now, developers, Taylor Wimpey have long been wanting to build various forms of building, just around the corner from me, in Saint James Road: something I’ve long opposed.
Happily … ?
Happily, the ongoing story’s been reported in this week’s Brentwood Gazette.
And, as you might have noticed from their coverage … ?
Your’s truly gets a quote!
But here: here’s the link to their article …
Whether, long term, that makes any difference, I don’t know.
But I certainly hope so.

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
