The Daily Teaser — 26-7-2013: 1945 An’ All That … !

Oh, well, that’s a bit of cash saved on the electric, then … !

I don’t know about you, but I had it suggested to me, recently, that I could save a few pounds on my electricity.

Especially in this weather.

Simply by using a clothes airer … !

I have to admit: it’s not something I’d thought of, ’til it got suggested to me.

It’s all good, though.   And I can now formally announce I have dry tea-towels.

Hmmm …

Let’s get a move on, shall we?   Before I dry my underwear at you …

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Debbi* putting in her answers: along with letting us know she’s hanging in there, and that this post isn’t real, she also scored five out of five.

Enjoy those: I’ll leave you with this song by Lord Beginner, all about Clement Attlee’s election winning performance …

And with this thought from Attlee himself …
“I stand for no more war and no more secret diplomacy.”
Clement Attlee.
Have a good day …

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?

I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.

Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.

Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.

Thank you.
