The Daily Teaser — 20-11-2013

Now, THAT’S annoying … !

As you may have noticed from a post I put up, yesterday, my TV signal’s gone down.

Mine.   And everyone else’s in the building … !

From what we can gather, the building’s had some sub-contractor’s in.

As part of what ever it was they were doing, managed to disconnect the aerial that fed the free-to-air signal across the building.

I’m not happy: if I miss the fiftieth anniversary Dr Who show — which a friend tells me will also feature Tom Baker — I’ll be very annoyed.

I’m not the only one: that feed feeds the whole building.   That’s twelve unhappy sets of occupants.

At least four of whom have reported it to Circle Anglia, our landlords.

Hopefully, that amount of noise should get some quick results.

I’ll let you know!

Moving on, Yesterday’s Teaser saw Debbi* putting in her answers: and bagging five out of five!

Here’s yesterday’s questions and answers …

I’ll leave you with this thought from Bo Derek …

Bo Derek, born November 20, 1956.
And this song from Freya Lim …

Have a good day.

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?

I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.

Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.

Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.

Thank you.
