The Daily Teaser — 8-10-2015: In California.

Hmmm …

Remember me saying I had a job interview, on Monday … ?

I think I can safely say I haven’t bagged it.

Especially as the manager who interviewed me told me they’d be in touch by Tuesday, if they were going to hire me.

I think they were after someone who could start immediately: as well As do the four days of training, needed.

I’m disappointed, obviously.

There’s upsides, though.

I’m feeling rather pleased to have been interviewed: whatever the outcome, it’s done my confidence a favour.

And it’s garnered me a helpful or two thought, from folks at work, on how to deal with another.

All good … !

But let’s move on, shall we?

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Debbi* putting in her answers: and scoring five out of five.   She also put in her answers for this week’s Weekly Teaser: I’ll have those answers up, next Wednesday.

Moving on, once more: let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we?

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?

I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.

Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.

Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.

Thank you.
