Nik Nak’s Daily Teaser — 31-5-2016

Oh, now wouldn’t you know it?

I’m back at work, today: on an eight hour shift.

No problem there, although it’s at an awkward time.

On the other hand?

One of the first things I do of a morning, is have a quick look out of my window.

And … ?

It’s throwing it down!

The walk to work … is going to be damp!

~≈Â≈~

But let’s move on, shall we?

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Debbi* putting in her answers: scoring four out of five in the process.

Let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we?

Here’s a quote …
“I like films better than the theater because you have to spend so much energy projecting your voice from the stage in the sheer effort to be heard.”
Denholm Elliot, 31 May 1922 – 6 October 1992.
And here’s a tune …

Have a good day … !

*        It’s ALWAYS the way, isn’t it, Debbi … ?   Still … I can only hope it’s sunny in Baltimore at the mo: we’ve got rain in Brentwood.

  2. I hope you're well, Paul. My mother is in hospital. She had a heart attack and they've found a stenosis in a coronary artery but it seems it's a bit complicated to treat by catheterisation. I'm spending most of the day in hospital so not much time for anything else.
    Be well.

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?

I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.

Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.

Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.

Thank you.
