You're still having problems, even with a new router? You need to document every time you have issues Then when you get your bill, call your provider and read it to them, demand a rebate and demand they give you the service they promised when you signed up.
ReplyDeleteAre there any other internet providers you can go to? I had this same problem with Bell. Took THREE routers to get one that worked. I couldn't stream videos to my tv without it buffering constantly! I switched to ACN. You should check & see if ACN services you. It's awesome! I haven't had any problems with their service.
