† Now, that just seems odd to me, Olga: that fact there’s no built in screen recording software in Windows! There’s usually something on macOS, I know that much. At ANY rate? Have you ever thought of checking out sites like SourceForge‡ or GitHub? Usually they’ve got something for free that do the job, even if it’s not polished. Hang on … was that your voice? (Is that any help, Debbi?)
‡ Unfortunately, about the only time someone’s written a piece of ransomware for macOS? Involved SourceForge. The people who did it came up with a spiked version of
Transmission, and put it of the App’s official SourceForge page. Given SorceForge’s place in the open source community? That’s like coming up with a malicious version of Microsoft Office … and sneaking it onto Microsoft’s own download site.
Yes, it's my voice. I know at the time when I got Snapchat I checked everywhere and most of the options available had become paying options or didn't exist any longer. I tried that one for free and seemed easy enough (it sits at the top of the screen and you can use it whenever) and although of course, they always try to sell you updates, it didn't require paying regular fees or thing things like that.In the past, it has happened to me that I've become reliant on a free programme that has become paying at a time when it wasn't convenient, so I'm very weary... By the way, if you just check my youtube channel (one has to call it something) there are some videos where you can even see me. This is not a recommendation, it's a warning.
