“I have a piece of great and sad news to tell you: I am dead.”
Jean Cocteau, 5 July 1889 – 11 October 1963.
Today’s question will be answered in tomorrow’s teaser.
Have a good day.
* I’ll have to bookmark Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, Olga: it always gets a mention when Almodóvar’s talked about! And I have to make a confession: I’ve never actually seen a Penélope Cruz movie! (I know she’s married to Javier Bardem, now: but I seem to recall she was dating Tom Cruise at one point. I’m betting she’s glad she avoided marrying him, scientology weddings sound VERY odd!)
† I’m still thinking it’s going to Kris Marhsall, Debbi! He’d be very competent. But I still think Tilda Swinton would be fantastic. Way to expensive, but? She’s play a long lived, gender hopping, character before now. (Oh, I’m going To try and have a look at the text, today: busy, busy, busy, today.)
‡ I still think the Flying Lizard’s version is THE version …
I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
† Your Facebook, X/Twitter, Blogger, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn profile are acceptable. I also like seeing folks webpages.
Thanks so much for your comments! I'll go over it one more time! :)
