You know, this is possibly going To be the last post I’ll write of an evening.
Until … oooh, I don’t know …
Probably Friday, at the earliest, now I come to think of it.
Frankly?
I’ve had the weekend off.
And today.
Which — if you’re sharp — means you’d work out I’m back At work, tomorrow.
I’m … feeling as ambiguous as one normally does in these situations.
But … ?

Episodes ten and eleven of American Horror Story’s third series.

Episode 10 — The Magical Delights of Stevie Nicks — sees Marie and Fiona form an uneasy alliance to protect themselves from the witch hunters.
Fiona shows Misty (Lily Rabe) the wonderful things a Supreme can enjoy: by introducing Misty to her idol, Stevie Nicks: whilst Nan (Jamie Brewer) develops new powers of being able to read and control people’s thoughts.
It is also revealed how Marie is still beautiful and alive after so many years.
She’s done a deal: not with a devil, or Satan, or Faust … But with Papa Legba, himself …

Episode 11 — Protect the Coven — opens with a flashback to the 1830s: showing us the origin’s of Delphine (Kathy Bates). In the present, Delphine takes up an old hobby to pass the time.
Marie and Fiona (Angela Bassett and Jessica) have a deadly face off with the witch hunters of the Delphi Trust: making sure they take the Axeman (Danny Huston) with them.
Meanwhile, Cordelia (Sarah Paulson) makes a desperate sacrifice to protect the Coven.

Now …
I have to admit, I was rather pleased with tonight’s two episode.
They’ve advanced the story along, told us more about Marie, Fiona, Delphine, indeed, the whole group.
And?
AND started to edge the series towards its conclusion.
Whilst I’m thinking the show’s writers have put Baron Samedi on screen, having mixed him up with Legba, the show doesn’t suffer for the minor niggle.
Frankly?
Coven’s still watchable!
