Yes: I think I’m in a mood.
It’s a quiet Sunday night … and I’m … thoughtfully concerned.
I had a CT scan, last week: and was told I’d be contacted about any results in ‘a week to ten days time.’
At some point this week, in fact.
I’m …
Nervous: as those results could be seriously life threatening.
So far?
So far, no news is good news.
But have to confess, good or bad, the sooner it gets here, the happier I’ll be.

Can I do anything about it, today?
Frankly?
No.
I think my best bet?
Is to try and do what many are advised to do in various twelve step groups are advised to do …
And live in the day: trying to not worry … until the results come in.
Here’s hoping I can manage that!

Yes: grim things from beyond the dawn of time — and bad Eighties perms — can be VERY comforting!

Episode 3 — Chapter Three: The Case of the Missing Lifeguard — sees Max and Eleven (Sadie Sink, Millie Bobby Brown) toying with Eleven’s powers: by spying on Mike (Finn Wolfhard) and the gang.
Whilst Will (Noah Schnapp) declaring the gang should quite definitely have a day, without girls hanging around.
Meanwhile? Hopper and Joyce (David Harbour, Winona Ryder) are investigating the old Hawkins Lab: as Joyce is convinced her fridge magnets … are falling off the fridge for a reason …
Whilst this is happening … ?
Billy (Dacre Montgomery) is having dinner with Heather (Francesca Reale) and her family …
A dinner interrupted by Max and Eleven.
And, once they’re gone?
By Billy and Heather attacking Heather’s parents …
Ever get the feeling someone’s up … ?

Now …
I’ll admit to being in something of a glum mood.
Facing the possibility of serious disease will do that to a body.
But … ?

But I’ve done it again.
I’ve seen another episode in a series with an ensemble cast that’s working well, together.
And with a fantastically written script, a plot that’s edging slowly forward …
And characters who are still — in this third series — very sympathetic.
Frankly?
I’m still glued to Stranger Things because of that …
