Here’s a thought …
“Actually, I want today to be like yesterday... Is that asking too much?”
* Apparently? The spices in them are supposed to be the ones used to embalm Jesus. Which is nice …
† I’ll take you’re word for it, Debbi. Help! At ANY rate, Debbi, did you know Omar Sharif played backgammon? According to one story I heard, quite a of of his fee from that David Lean film, got spent on various backgammon boards at various casinos!

Here we'll reach the 4 weeks of confinement tomorrow, but, on the plus side, we're still OK, and I finished my course tomorrow! I won't know the grade until later on (some students need to finish their assignments, the assessor from Cambridge University has to check everything, and even after that, Cambridge are the ones who send the official certificates, and with the coronavirus crisis it seems they don't know when that will happen, but the school here will send us a report that should suffice to start looking for jobs, perhaps...). I know I've passed, because I've passed all the assignments and the teaching practice, so... I think the fact that we had to complete part of the teaching online will probably help if things carry on like this. The course director also asked me if I had considered teaching Spanish, and told me that once you get one language teaching qualification that is sufficient to teach other languages. It seems they are always looking for people, so who knows? Now I'm working on my CV, but it's difficult to try to fit everything into a page, especially when a lot of my experience is not relevant, but I can list the teaching at the University of the People and a few other things... We'll see. Perhaps now I'll have a bit of time to catch up on some reading and movies/series, although being so busy didn't give me that much time to get bored. I miss my walks, though. Take care, keep safe, and I hope to be here more often now.
I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
