Nik Nak’s Daily Teaser — 21st May, 2021.

21st May, 2021.

Right, I’m up early: because I’ve got a hospital appointment, today.

For an endoscopy.

I’m not looking forward to it: but once it’s done, it’s done.

I can then start worrying the results.

Hopefully, it’s nothing more serious than piles …

Let’s move on, shall we?

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Olga*, Mum†, Trevor‡, Debbi^ and Edithª putting in their answers: with Olga, Trevor and Debbi scoring five out of five, and Mum and Edith on three.

Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.

Feel free to share today’s video Teaser.

Have a good day.

*        I’m keeping my fingers crossed, Olga.   Fingers, eyes, legs, toes … …

†        Hello, Mum!

‡        Definitely oxtail, Trevor: there’s one or two brands that are lump free.   And the instructions for The laxatives tell me I can have any clear soup: so long as I strain it.   Nothing new, there, given the laxatives …

^        I think I’m going to need it, Debbi!   Especially given where the camera’s going!   (Which of The jabs did you have, out of interest … ?)

ª        Cheers, Edith, you’re an angel!   (We’ve a little Fats Waller, today: bit of a different direction!)

Last time I had Oxtail soup I made it my-self so plenty of meat came off the bones.

I found that having the tube pushed down my throat was the worst. I had to be sedated first. I had this and many other investigations done at Oldchurch Hospital Romford. I even had a MRI scan done there.

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?

I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.

Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.

Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.

Thank you.
