It’s official.

It’s the day after payday: and the day after I went shopping.

And I’m mildly kicking myself.

There’s always something I forget!

One of the oddest?

Was yesterday.

It seems a Gateshead FC match was called off, yesterday.

As a hearse was driven onto the pitch.

That’s odd.

But not necessarily as cute as the squirrel that invaded Arsenal’s pitch, a few years ago.

        I’m not a gambler, either.   I’ll get the odd lottery ticket, but try not to expect much, either.   But I’m very aware I’ve had my issues with alcohol, over the years.   So I try and be careful with lottery tickets: and don’t go to betting shops.   (I think the term is cross addiction.   Unless that’s an addiction you pick up, as a result of a separate addiction.)
