Q1)The world’s lowest temperature in an inhabited place, and at ground level, was recorded on 21st July, 1983. Where: the Arctic, Antarctic or Equatorial New Guinea?

“Extremely low temperatures are useful for observation of quantum mechanical phases of matter such as superfluids and Bose–Einstein condensates, which would be disrupted by thermal motion.”
Q5) Centigrade It was a busy day yesterday, Paul. We went to visit the first house designed by Gaudí, we chatted, we did a fair amount of walking... I already had a sore throat, and it is a bit worse today. Well, I think it is developing into a cold, and they are always particularly complicated in the summer, as you don't fancy doing any of the things you're supposed to do (and it is too hot for them). I always think that I won't win at anything like lottery tickets, or anything like that (to be fair, I rarely do), so it is curious. I tend to expect things not to go my way. And I am not at all a gambler. It doesn't interest me in the slightest. I think saving up some of the money is the best thing to do. You don't know how the decision might go, or how long it might take to get resolved, and I don't know if there are any conditions attached.
I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
