* I know what you mean about TV, Olga. Watching anything for the 1970s and 1980s, is decidedly odd: everyone’s got a cigarette on the go. And — as much as I love it — 1960s era Dr Who seems a long time ago … !
† Hello, Mum!
‡ You know, I thought Maryland was named after Bloody Mary, Debbi: but apparently not. It’s named after Henrietta Marie of France. Heigh ho!
(Mine was under a local bridge: watching the cars on the motorway go past was hypnotic! I’ pass the message on … … … … )
Q10) BBC Scotland Yes, some of those old shows are cringe-worthy. I have a lesson with Jordi tomorrow and Tuesday is a bank holiday here, but, hopefully, I'll catch up with the teaser at some point or other. It will probably be trickier from next Sunday onwards, as I spoke to Olegure, the director of the radio station, and it is likely I'll be busy most mornings and afternoons during the festival, so I might only have time to say hello, but we shall see.
I didn't know that. About Maryland, that is. Or the bridge. :) Of course.

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
