Monday 21 August 2023

Nik Nak’s Daily Teaser — 21st August 2023.

21st August, 2023.

Right … you can tell it’s Monday, can’t you?

Of course you can: you’ve got access to a calendar of some description.

So, you know it’s Monday … and (possibly) also aware I’m off to my weight management class.

I can only hope that the walk up that hill is worth it: and that I’ve lost some weight!

Let’s move on, shall we?

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Mum* and Debbi† putting in their answers: with Debbi scoring five out of five, and Mum on four.

The day also saw Trevor leaving us a message‡.

Let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we?

And a song …

Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.

  3. I hope everything went well. Sorry, it's been quite crazy, and it is going to carry on like that until Sunday (although we had booked an excursion with my mother and we'll leave early in the morning, so probably until either late Sunday or Monday afternoon, as I have a class with Jordi on Monday morning).
I retweet all the tweets my editor sends about the interviews and the programme, so you might catch some of those. Here is an article about the decorated streets:

Take care and catch up soon.

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?

I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.

Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.

Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.

Thank you.

*   I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
