Feeding in photos of myself, and of Bobby the Cat, and appropriately silly prompts … ?
Gets these …
That second one looks nothing like me … but at leasts the potato looks like a potato, and Bobby looks like Bobby …

I’ve got the Today Programme on, again: and keep thinking it would make a good subject for a question set.
Possibly at another time, though!
However?
They’ve floated a news piece that caught my eyes: and probably grabbed the attention of spy-fiction fans across the planet.
Apparently?
MI6, Britain’s intelligence agency, is to launch a recruitment website called ‘Silent Courier’: on the dark web, the section of the World Wide Web hidden from regular browsers.
I really don’t want to be a spy: I doubt I’d be good at it.
But … ? That wouldn’t stop me trying to find that site, given the chance … !
“With 261 square kilometres (101 sq mi) of territory, and roughly 48,000 inhabitants, it is the smallest sovereign state in the Western Hemisphere … ”
From the Wikipedia entry on the country.
And a national anthem …
The next ten question set is on 21st September, the International Day of Peace.
Your comments will be published, tomorrow morning.
Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.
Decisions about scores are final.
Thank you for coming: have a good day.
* Oh … Have a Terry Pratchett advert …
† Hello, Mum!
‡ OK, Olga: I hope the day goes well! Don’t forget the posh outfit at the awards ceremony!
§ Actually, the Saint Constantius question was serious, Debbi. Or serious-ish … ! I think a lot of saints of his era were bishops, abbots or abbesses: on top of everything else … !
Have a good time at the conference: don’t go a*se over t*t in the shower!
Q5) the UK’s monarch Thanks, Paul. The outfit wasn't very posh, but I'll share some pics when the article appears. (Although I was the MC, more or less, the director of the radio station and the photographer, who is his partner, were there as well, recording the event and doing pics, so I'm sure there will be an article coming up). I like the pics, although, as you say, the likeness is not very good for you. Mind you, I think the potato is fabulous. Bobby is not bat at all. I remember one of the students I had at Sussex University when I was a TA (I had her two years in a row, in different courses) who told us she had applied for MI5, in her case, and one of the issues was that they contacted everybody around her to make sure there was nobody suspicious or whatever. They never contacted me, and although I didn't know her that well, she was a good student. She always went to class and turned up the work in time, and she did quite well. She was reliable, that I guess is a good thing. I wonder if she ended up working for them or not, as I left Sussex when I finished my PhD and never saw her again. As they were final year students, sometimes they'd ask us for references, although I don't think I wrote many, because I was only a TA. My friend, Christelle, when we were in the US, at Mount Holyoke, was teaching French for the year she was there, and many of her students asked her for references and recommendations. She hated it, and I ended up telling her what to write, based on the information she gave me. They seemed happy with the result, so...
I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.

No worries, Paul. This conference is right in Columbia. A 20-minute drive from home, at worst. :)

BTW, I read my flash fiction inspired by Terry Pratchett.
It went over really well! I wish you could have heard me! :)
Hey! Maybe I'll do a live reading on YouTube or something. That would be different! :)
I'll give that some thought.
Before I read, I asked, "Any Terry Pratchett fans here?" Many a hand shot up! Lovely sight!
