Families, Eh?

You know, I’ve got to admit, I think I’ve made a fairly good impression on people …

Possibly …

This is despite the fact that my memory’s getting worse.

I think …

Do you remember me saying, yesterday, that I’d installed Ubuntu on Allison’s sister’s desktop?

Which went — with the odd quirk — rather well.

But I do know that Adrian, bless him, popped in, this afternoon.

Just to remind me to ask how to do data recovery, next time, bless him …

At any rate, Jan and her daughter popped in, today, and are well pleased with the new lease of life I’ve given the family PC.

Bless, Sophie even managed to do a little bit of playing around with GIMP, the Gnu Image Manipulation Programme.

I think I’ve got happy customers!

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?

I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.

Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.

Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.

Thank you.
