Christmas Eve

You know, I’ve got to admit, you can tell it’s Christmas, can’t you … ?

Can’t you … ?

Well, it is.

If it’s not, where you are, I’m assuming that you’re not in a country that celebrates Christmas.

Or, at least, not necessarily one that celebrating it yet.

After all, it’s not — for those of us on the Gregorian calendar — yet …

Hang on, am I making sense … ?

I bloody well hope so …

At any rate …

At any rate, Tootles Sarah, her husband, Kevin, along with Movie Night Adrian and I, all headed out to celebrate the season.

And I think we all had a good time.

The shock news in all of this … ?

Is that Adrian’s thinking — thinking, I should stress — about starting up a blog, himself.

Which should be interesting to read.

But I do know I think there’s one thing I know I said to everyone, tonight.

And I think that I — along with Kevin D, Tootles, Adrian, and hopefully Trevor and Kaiju, as well, although I’ll leave them all to say so themselves — would want to say something to you, just in case I miss you in the morning.

That is … ?

Quite simple.

MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Have a good one, folks.

I hope that, however you perceive your Higher Power, he grants you the blessings you need.

Rather than the ones you want.

  1. I see that there at least two pubs in the Brentwood area which have a "bah Humbug" part of the bar. Every year Ye Olde Green Dragon has one corner of the bar with the signup.

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?

I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.

Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.

Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.

Thank you.
