Sorting Amy … Part Two … !

You know, it seems a long time ago, now, but do you remember — back in the day — the scene in Flesh and Stone, from Matt Smith and Karen Gillan’s first series as the Doctor and Amy, in Dr Who, where Amy, in her own dear sweet way, tries to seduce the Doctor … ?

You don’t … ?

There’s a video on YouTube, somewhere.

In fact, I think I know where to find one.

At any rate, an old friend of mine — Graham — recently loaned me his copy of the Series Five boxed set.

Which came complete with a lot of video diaries.

And a couple of deleted scenes.

One of which falls between episodes 5 and 6 of Series five: just after Amy’s attempt to seduce the Doctor.

You know, when I saw the original scene, I had to ask if the Doctor’s gay, I really did. But given his explanation in that scene — and the serious amount of flirting he and River were up to in The Day Of The Moon — leaves me wondering what’s going on.

The other … ?

Is one from an earlier episode and show us the Doctor showing Amy his backyard …

Now was it me, or were those rather fun … ?

But I’m thinking that it’s a shame these weren’t included on the broadcast episodes: I think they add nicely to the characters .

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?

I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.

Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.

Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.

Thank you.
