Have a good day.
* Sorry about the rant, there, folks: but, to paraphrase Asimov himself? That damnFrankenstein complex gets my goat!
† Oh, I’ve been there, Olga! Good ol’ fashion brain-squeezing spectacles: it does take a while for them to settle in, sometimes, doesn’t it? (I, Claudius was and is a classic, as well. I seem to recall reading that it provided the inspiration for Dynasty: although Joan Collins was no Siân Phillips!)
‡ Oh, well, now I’m curious, Debbi! It’s would have to be on a par with Martyrs, though, that IS a difficult watch!
Q1) Tapped his phone Q2) Kuwait Q3) Synthesizer Q4) The Last House on the Left Q5) Hudson Bay I agree about Joan Collins, although she is fun, for sure. The whole cast was fantastic. Sorry about the ongoing problem with the glasses. These days nobody seems to repair anything anymore. Everything seems to require a new piece (a small bump in the car and you end up with a new door... Thankfully they don't make spare parts for people yet, otherwise we wouldn't have any original bits left, although... (For the time being I only use reading glasses and I tend to buy some cheaper ones just to make sure that I have a replacement, but it does not work if you need a complex prescription. And I'm sure eventually I'll need glasses for long-distance too. Take care.
If the original Twin Peaks was weird, the new one? Mind-bending!
Would love your thoughts on it. But beware of an episode called "Got a Light?" BOH-ring! Self-indulgent on Lynch's part. But mostly the series is well worth the watching.

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
