Yes: it’s officially official … I’ve taken a brief few sneak moments, this morning, to quickly watch the video — or one of them — for the Bangles hit, Walk Like an Egyptian.
All well and good.
But saw the poses, there: the one that try and reproduce the ones on Egyptian tomb paints … ?
And immediately wondered where Wilson, Keppel and Betty, where …

Just as a quick thought … ?
If you, like me, are in the UK, and listening to the news … ?
You probably can’t escape Brexit.
I voted remain, to be honest: and still believe that leaving will be bad for the UK.
There is, thought, still talk of several things.
A second referendum being one of them.
Personally, I’d like one: and hope it would get a remain result.
As, right at the moment?
Leaving seems to be causing a good, old fashioned riot.
I do know one speculated form for any second referendum would take the form of two referenda.
The first would be a rerun of the 2016 vote.
Should we remain, or leave the EU?
If the result is leave, a second referendum would ask people what form of Brexit they want: hard Brexit, No Deal, the May plan, what have you.
Right now?
I think there’s no time to arrange this.
But it’s possibly the form the thing should’ve taken in 2016.
David Cameron and company should have said what sort of Brexit they’d push for, if they lost.
That way? People would have more information to make a decision.

Let’s move on, shall we?
Yesterday’s Teaser saw Badwolf*, Olga† and Debbi‡ putting in their answers: with all three scoring five out of five.
Let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we?
† Yeah, Brazil … and Nineteen-Eighty-Four, Olga, that’s the other one! Robert De Niro’s going to be handy, right at the moment … ! Because, right at the moment, I THINK this guy the one floating around … (Sounds like you’ve got upcoming fun, there, Olga! The paperwork sounds like … well … you maybe SHOULD be heading for Brazil … ! Oh, I’ve a set about Leningrad coming up … )
‡ I’m with you, Debbi. I’ve still got a lot of five question sets to build on! Oh, the next season of Star Trek Discovery hits CBS All Access on Thursday: if I’ve got my dates right. The first seasons’s on Amazon, so you know! Remind me to tell you about Handbrake, at some point.
Q2) Tunisia Q3) Matt Busby Q4) The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Q5) Sir Cecil Beaton (I don’t like having my picture taken, but must admit I wouldn’t have minded if he ever had felt so inclined. Mind you, I was only 14 when he died). You're right about Brexit, of course, but talk about the advice you see in all the movies about lawyers. Never ask a question you don't know the answer to. They were so convinced they knew what people would vote... (I've observed people like to be contrary, so I'm of the opinion that if they hadn't sent that informative booklet explaining why it was good to remain, and perhaps had not sent anything or sent one encouraging people to leave, the vote might have gone the other way).

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
