One thing that got a mention in the news?

Was simply that — after meetings with President Vladimir Putin, over the past few years — President Trump has had records of those meetings either not made, not held … or destroyed.

Contrary to a practise of the preceding presidents.

At least, according to the Washington Post.

If true … ?

I’d have to ask why he’s done that.

As I’m assuming that the various branches of the USA’s many layered government are like the government here in the UK.

That anything said or done by key federal officials, like anything said or done by ministers here in the UK, has to be recorded.

If true, that fact the President hasn’t … is … 

Iffy, at best …

†        You’re right, Olga: not speedy, and picky … !   What gets me is that this is the third time I’ve had to send it in.   AND tell them stuff they should already have found out.   Like my date of birth.   They asked, this time, for my date of birth.   Amongst other things.   That was on the adoption papers I’d already sent in, and put on the form!   Remind me to tell you about a role-playing-game called Paranoia, at some point.   The background world is a cross between Brazil and Logan’s Run.   And a lot more better organised that the DVLA!
