Star Trek Picard — Series 3 Episode 10 — The Last Generation — A Review

21st April,  2023: ‘The Last Generation’.
*Spoilers*

Right … it’s Friday, again: and I’m hoping like hell that my chips haven’t burnt.

I’m having fish and chips, again.

So you know.

Frankly?

I’m looking forward to it.

As … ?

Once I’ve eaten, I’ll be watching ‘The Last Generation’, the last episode of Star Trek Picard.

We’ll have to see how it goes!

Star Trek Picard — Series 3 Episode 9 — Vox — A Review

14th April, 2023: ‘Vox’.

Right …

It’s officially Friday.

And, frankly … ?

Chips are being cooked, washing is being washed, video intros have been made, and stuff, done.

Including phone calls.

The mystery of why we’re supposed to eat fish on a Friday … is still unsolved.

But at least I’m having crinkle cut chips.

At any rate … ?

It’s Friday, once more: and, once I’ve eaten dinner?

I’ll be watching ‘Vox’, the penultimate episode of Star Trek Picard’s third and final season.

I’ll have my review up on the 15the April.

Star Trek Picard — Series 3 Episode 8 — Surrender — A Review.

7th April, 2023: ‘Surrender’.

Right … it’s Friday, again.

And … ?

Even as I write, vegetables are boiling, chips are cooking …

And fish is being burnt to billy-o.

At any rate … ?

Dinner is almost done: to a turn.

And, once it’s eaten?

I’ll watch ‘Surrender’, the eighth episode of Star Trek Picard’s third season: and tell you about it, tomorrow night.

Star Trek Picard — Series 3 Episode 7 — Dominion — A Review

31st March, 2023: ‘Dominion’.

It’s Friday, again.

You can tell, can’t you … ?

The eternal mystery of why we’re supposed to have fish on a Friday is playing itself in front of me — or, at least, to my immediate right — as I write.

Or, at least, I’ve got fish and chips — and some vegetables — on the go as I speak.

Why … ?

Why not?

~≈🖖≈~

At any rate, there’s something else I’ll be thinking about.

Yesterday?

I had a one hour appeal hearing: about whether I qualified for extra financial help from the Department of Work and Pensions.

Hopefully, I will: but … ?

Until I hear — by post, by the 7th April — I won’t know for sure.

It’s both a mystery … and a mildly frustrating case of wait and see.

~≈🖖≈~

At any rate … ?

And I’ll say it, again … it’s Friday.

Which means simply this.

Once I’ve had dinner, I’ll be watching ‘Dominion’, the next episode of Star Trek Picard’s third and final season.

I’ll have my review up, tomorrow.

See you then!

Star Trek Picard — Series 3 Episode 6 — The Bounty — A Review

24th March, 2023: ‘The Bounty’.

Frankly … ?

It’s Friday: and … ?

Fish and chips are being cooked, as ever.

And … ?

Equally as frankly, I’ve just seen this video:

And am wondering why many Americans boil water for tea … in the microwave!

That … ?

Like fish on a Friday, is possibly one of those mysteries we’ll never know the answer to!

At any rate … ?

It’s Friday, 24th March: and I’ll be the next episode of Star Trek Picard — ‘The Bounty’ — tonight.

And then?

Reviewing it, tomorrow.

I’ll see you then!

Howl: The Return of the Little Indie Direct to Video Brit Flick

26th January, 2016.

OK, I think I’ve had a little success, today.

Really.

Remember I told you — a few days ago, now — I was trying to sell off my sister’s old laptop?

I managed to do so, today.

Picking up a tidy sum, in return.

My sister, Ruth, got her share: I got a fish supper and a movie.

Didn’t I just … ?

The film in question?   Was the straight to video 2015, Paul Hyett directed, Neil Marshall penned, Howl.

And ‘straight to video’ … ?   Isn’t necessarily bad.
