I’ve woken up to find Israel is bombing Iran.
In order, the Israelis have said, to prevent Iran building a nuclear bomb.

I’m very aware that the US has pulled staff out of Iran, and wonder this:
- How much did the US president know in advance about this?
- Has he given his endorsement to Israel’s actions?
- How is Iran going to respond?
And, as I write?
Drones are going off in Jordan: on the borders of Iran, from what I’ve understood.
Things look hairy, right now.
