Black Widow — A Review

14th August, 2021.

It’s got to be said, I’m a man with time on his hand.

You’ve possibly guessed, haven’t you?

Pointless brain Teasers don’t happen by themselves, after all.

Neither do any other videos I make!

At any rate: I’ve time to watch the odd movie.

And had a choice of three, tonight: Censor, In The Earth … or Black Widow.

I went — as you’ve possibly guessed — for Black Widow.

I’ll tell you more, when I finish this post, tomorrow night.

But I think I’ve made an ungood* choice.

Spider Man: Homecoming — A Review

14th August, 2019.

Right … it’s officially the thing.

I start work at my new job on Friday: at a unnervingly early time.

Early enough … that an early night, tomorrow, is a good thing.

No … REALLY good … !

So, tonight, with various bits done?

I felt catching a movie was a good thing.

Yep.

I fancied Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Although — obviously — not in a biblical sense!

Venom: A Review

3rd February, 2019.

OK …

It’s just gone half past ten, if you must know.

And I am feeling decidedly annoyed at myself.

For putting my phone in the wrong place.

And not catching it in time: as it got knocked, gently slid off my desk … and landed face down on a floorboard.

You can possibly guess what I found when I picked it up, can’t you?

Yep.

£200 worth of octa-core phone … with a smashed screen.

I am — with some excuse — not a happy bunny.

But one who can, at least, head into town, tomorrow, to see if his meagre savings will get the screen replaced.

Right now, though, I’ve just seen a movie: having got back from my family’s place on the other side of town.

Vaguely thinking that I should, at least, try and spend more time with my nephew.

He’s now eight … and, I think, getting a taste for silly voices …

As you’ve possibly noticed from the introductory video.

A bit more time with Jude’s a good way — I’ve found — of putting a smile on a a face.

And certainly got me heading home in a better mood than when I went out.

At least … certainly in the mood for a movie …

You’re right: it’s the one in the poster.

The 2018 release that is … …
