I’ve been at it for some time, now: and thoroughly enjoy it.

Well, I’ve just finished writing the weekly Teasers for January.

And I think I can say I’m pleased with them.   I’ve done something of a nice set.

The Daily Teaser — 10-6-2013: AA

It’s got to be said, yesterday was one heck of a day.

On the sad side … ?   On the sad side, it saw the  death of writer, Iain Banks: or Iain M Banks, if you knew him through his science fiction work.

That’s a tragic thing: the man was an important contributor to both mainstream and SF literature, and the world will be a darker place for his absence.

On a personal front, though … ?   On the personal front, I have to admit to being at the O2 Stadium, yesterday: still feeling, sweaty, sticky, and very tired: but very pleased to have seen Eddie Izzard on the last (UK) night of his Force Majeure tour.

Very funny: and something I’ll have to keep an eye open for, when the DVD is released.   Just to remind myself of how much my chin hurts, from laughter.
