It’s Sunday!
Which, frankly?
I’m expecting to be quiet, again.
Bar one thing.
Would you believe, I’m going to be organising my calendar.
I’ve got an appointment at Basildon Hospital on the 6th August: for a colonoscopy.
And … ?
Need to organise a lot of reminders: to remind myself to:
- Take one set of laxatives, over the course of the week.
- Take another set of laxatives over the course of the week
- Go on a restricted diet over the last three days.
- And take my bowel prep on the last day.
I know it’s for a good cause.
