Yep: my part of the world is now under a hosepipe ban!

Not that it directly affects me: I’m in a ground floor flat, have no garden, and don’t own a hosepipe!

        I saw it, many years ago: Christopher Walken’s in it as a gangster.   I think it’s directed by Walter Hill, but don’t quote me.   Hang on, no, I’ve just double checked, it was directed by Abel Ferrara: he of Driller Killer fame!
