Well, THAT was odd … !
As much as I complain about the router I have — a BT HomeHub3 — my internet service provider, BT … ?
Usually manage to do a good job of making sure the signal from the net keeps coming down the pipes.
Even if I wish those signals … you know … moved a bit faster!
Last night, though? After I got home from the office?
I was faced with a ‘You are not connected to the Internet’ message.
With no problems at my end: at least, my bills are paid, I’d cache cleaned my browsers on everything, restarted the router, modem and my devices …
Still not a sausage.
It was only after waiting for a while, that things righted themselves.
I did manage to contact BT, though.
Apparently? They’re having issues that they’re working to resolve.
But are going to be affecting lines, intermittently, over the next forty-eight hours.
JUST in time for my two days off.
Yeah …
