After managing to finish reviewing a film I saw on Friday.
I have to say, In Fabric’s a very good film to watch.
But, lord! Finishing a video review, that late … ?
Well … ?
I’m not getting any younger, let’s put it like that.

Let’s move on, shall we?
Yesterday’s Teaser saw Olga*, Mum†, Debbi‡ and Edith^ putting in their answers: with Olga and Debbi scoring five out of five, Edith on four, and Mum on three.
Let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we?
Q1) 19th June, 1943, saw the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Philadelphia Eagles temporarily merged for a season: as a result of player shortages during WW2. The two teams played what: American Football, Baseball or Basketball?
Q10) Take Me Home, Country Roads ( I love this song. I think I’ve confessed to my love for country before. Their songs usually tell a story, and I love a good story). I'll check your recommendation. I know I mentioned I'm going away with my mother next month, but I couldn't remember if I had told you the dates. We're leaving early on the 13th of July, and we're coming back on the 3rd of August, but quite late. I might be able to connect with my phone and say hello, but although I intend to take my computer, I won't have a reliable connection there, so I won't be able to catch up with the quiz (even the phone connection can be temperamental at times). As the TV reception isn't that great (and we only have a pretty small and old TV there, in any case) I will try and download a few movies from Amazon Prime and take them with us, or a series. But finding things both, my Mum and I might like can be tricky. I am planning on going for many walks and reading, so that should do... I will remind you before I leave, so you don't worry if I go missing. And don't forget to get a bit of rest yourself.
I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
