* That’s very true, Olga. Hopefully, we’ll be able to get a few things done, today. Oh, that’s a thought, is it today you’re new student starts … ? Good luck with them!
† Hello, Mum!
‡ You know, I don’t think I’ve seen any, Debbi: I’ll HAVE to remedy that! Oh, enjoy the poem …
Q5) Arrows I hope the meeting goes well. It seems very long, but I guess if it is in a group and via zoom, things can take quite a while, in my experience. And yes, the salaries seem to be going down for certain jobs, whilst everything is getting more expensive. I was checking what they pay teachers in some private places, and it is even less than they pay me per hour (although, at least you get insurance and such, but they also insist you must have a teaching degree apart from a degree in whatever subject you teach, so...) Oh, I started my classes with Rebeca a couple of Mondays ago. Her level is better than Anna's was when I met her, and she seems much quicker, but she hasn't been doing a lot of preparation for the exam, and she is not expected to take the exam at school, so we will probably be doing more or that and less of going over the school stuff. Fingers crossed things go well.
I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
