* If anyone would like one of my fascinating array of empty Marmite tubs, they’d be welcome.
† Hello, Mum!
‡ I hope you’ve got a brolly, then, Olga! You might just need one! The rain we had, yesterday … ? Means my shoes are still drying out!
At any rate, we’ll see you when you’re in: have a very good time!
^ It’s worth a go, I know that, Debbi! I really have to sit down with The Untouchables, again, I know that.
And if memory serves? From what I read of Alien, Scott didn’t tell the cast — part from John Hurt — exactly what was going to happen in that scene. He wanted authentic reactions from them!
Sorry, but it's been a long day, and I haven't much brain left by now. In the end, it only rained yesterday night, but I was at home by then, and although today it was supposed to rain here, so far, it hasn't. It has rained a lot in other parts of Catalonia, and in Valencia, but in the city, not so much. I've heard that some of the street concerts had to be cancelled, although by now I think most people can do with a bit of rest. Only tomorrow left... What a mistake with the Marmite... If they have only charged you for a couple... Mind you, I'm sure there is such a thing as too much Marmite, even for you. The energy prices are incredible all over the place, and not only energy, everything. I have no idea how things will go, but the fat cows seem to be coming to an end.
I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
