† It’s mostly where it’s in Irish Gaelic, Debbi: that usually get’s someone annoyed. The language is … contentious … in the region. You notice I don’t say ‘Province’? One of the older terms for Northern Ireland? Older unionists then to use it, Nationalists really don’t like it. It’s seen as a sign the area’s ruled by foreigners.
The video was rather good, wasn’t it? Graham Norton’s show’s been on for years: and whenever Miriam Margoyles turns up, it’s a riot!
‡ Cheers, Olga: we’ll look forward to having you back! Yes, I know about bug bounties: my coding’s really not good enough: but it’s certainly worth doing! (Last bug I reported was my external blu-ray drive not showing up. Apple managed to fix that, relatively quickly.)
Q5) 2010 Your nephew is growing really quickly. Wow! I didn't get to check the requirements but yes, it is well-worth investigating, although I'm sure many people are trying to catch the bugs. Good luck with the payment. I hope it isn't too delayed.
I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
