* You’re not wrong, there, Olga! Having the basics guaranteed would be very useful! I’m just grateful I get my meds — whatever I do get prescribed — for free. The diabetes§ is good for that, at least! Either way, wish your mother well for me, please: I hope you can get the needed stuff!
Thankfully — or possibly not! — Mikey the Rabbit stayed at home. But Jude and I did manage to get a video of him, done! (Mikey’s getting more comments than me!!!!!!!)
† Hello, Mum!
‡ I know there’s been a few, Debbi¶! Alan Moore — who’s, arguably, Britain’s best writer — works in the comic book industry near enough exclusively. And always tries to distance himself from the movies versions of his work.
Oh … talking of bunnies …
§ Apparently, the Ozempic should become available in January, Olga: here’s hoping it does. The only other option is insulin …
¶ Oh, I had Lift Us Where Suffering Cannot Reach on, again, Debbi: that episode is still spine chilling … !
Q5) the Cure Thanks, Pete. My mother doesn't pay her medication (although, at least at the moment, she isn't on anything too expensive, but that's because she's a pensioner in the lowest pension (although she worked all her life, some of the jobs didn't count towards anything, and widows only get half of their husband's pension, and my father's wasn't big either. Do we know what Mikey the rabbit was thinking about? (I wouldn't dare to ask why he was shaking...)
I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
