* He was possibly still in a coffin, Olga! Oh, there’s a Goth Weekend in Whitby: a couple of times a year. I think it’s held there because of the Dracula links.
Yeah, I know the pots are small: it’s just always alarming to see, even if I’m used to it! Oh, the nurse taking the blood was left-handed: and possibly the only one I’ve seen who had no problem with taking blood from my right arm! (I prefer blood to be taken from my right arm. I’m just wondering, now, if that’s why a lot of blood nurses — phlebotomists? — seem to have trouble finding a vein: they’re used to taking blood from left arms? I know everyone’s veins are different, though … )
It sounds like Madrid needs a lumberjack!
† Hello, Mum!
‡ Ah HA! That sounds like an excuse, Debbi: to re-record a Bowie tune! (Jeez! He’s got a cigarette on the go! You don’t see that, much, these days!)
I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.

Interesting topic about the bloods. I'm sure somebody could do a study and get it published somewhere...
I'll never forget seeing Bowie for the first time in Pittsburgh. He was ... unique! :)
