Nik Nak’s Daily Teaser — 12th May, 2024.

12th May, 2024.

La La … Sunday, Sunday … !

If you’ll pardon the paraphrase!

At any rate … ?

I think I need to go back to bed: reviewing “Space Babies” meant a late night!

Let’s move on, shall we?

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Olga*, Mum† and Debbi† putting in their answers: with Olga and Debbi scoring five out of five and Mum on four.

Let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we?

Here they are, along with the How To, License and video.

Here’s a thought …
“I think you express your own pomposity and other people's and get probably to the real truth of the way you live.”
Tony Hancock, 12 May 1924 – 25 June 1968.
And a radio comedy …

Today’s questions will be answered in tomorrow’s Teaser.

Decisions about scores are final.

Thank you for coming: have a good day.

*        It sounds a bit like what’s happened, here, Olga: the local council wards got re-organised for the local election.   It’s not quite the same, though!   We don’t do street parties … !
At any rate, I hope the day went well!   (Oh, Spain came in 22nd at Eurovision: four places below the UK.)

        Hello, Mum!

I always preferred “Baba O’Riley”, Debbi: that keyboard riff is something else!   (You don’t have access to Disney⁺?   Ok … the packages might be appreciated … )

I didn't watch Eurovision and was wondering, but as I didn't hear anything about it, I imagined it hadn't done very well. It seems the UK didn't do too good on the popular vote, though, but, to be honest, I haven't heard the UK song or any of the others apart from the Spanish one, and that was enough.

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?

I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.

Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.

Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.

Thank you.
