Q4)10th August is International Biodiesel Day. Biodiesel can be defined as a mono-alkyl what: Ester, Naomi or Nancy?
A4)A mono-alkyl ester. (I knew an Esther, a Naomi and a Nancy, at college. And a Tracy. And an Alison. Ummm … … )
Q5)Finally … ? Elizabeth 1st signed the Treaty of Nonsuch on 10th August, 1585: with Dutch Rebels. The palace where the Treaty was signed, was where: Sussex, Surrey or Kent?
† It’s certainly that, Debbi! I do know I have to sign into Blogger, every time I want to write a post: that never happened a a few years ago!
I’ll try and keep my fingers crossed for you … um … …
‡ I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you, as well, Olga. My typing’s off-piste, anyway … !
§ I still — to this day — find Smiley’s death deeply suspicious! There’s also the fact that the coroner asked the IPCC, the Independent Police Complaints Commission, to not publish their report into Smiley’s death, nor make it available to his family.
That may be completely innocent. But leaves me asking this: What have they got to hide?
Q5) The Moon Thanks, Paul. We went out for a short walk this morning and my mother fell on the street, although, thankfully she didn't hurt herself. But it's one thing after another. I requested a wooden jigsaw puzzle from Amazon, and I'm trying to get it done to do the review, but it's proving a bit more complicated than I expected. Well, it keeps my mind occupied and distracted, that's for sure.
Okay. Elbows in, arms straight, fingers poised over the keyboard, sit up straight, no slouching to the left, knees aligned with toes, shoulders back. Keep doing that.
Onward!

Love the name "Roscosmos"! Like a Russian Carl Sagan. :)
I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
