The Daily Teaser …

Hmmm …

Now that’s possibly not good.

I’ve got to admit, about the only long term simulation game I’ve been playing on Facebook, recently, has been My Tribe. I’ve tried checking, earlier, just to get some basics out of the way, and — seemingly — it overwhelmed my ’net connection.

Quite what was going on, there, I’m blowed if I know … !

Let’s move on, shall we … ?

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Trevor, Kaiju, and Andy, the FSG Drone, himself, all put in their answers answers: with all three getting 8 out of 8, Trevor bagging the Official First-In-Clap, both he and Andy putting in some very very good quotes, and Kaiju making the very good point that politics — Ancient Roman, Revolutionary French, or otherwise — does get …

Messy.

Ah Hem!

And, yes, Kaiju, you’re right, ‘racy’ is a bit of an understatement, but … … !!

At any rate, let’s see how everyone does with today’s questions, shall we … ? Here they are, along with the ‘How To’ and License

A7) Thomas Hardy.

Q8) And finally, while we’re on the subject of authors … Which racy French author was born on 2nd June, 1740 … ?

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?

I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.

Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.

Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.

Thank you.
