The Daily Teaser - 21-12-2011

Oh, DARN … !

Possibly even TARNATION, if you’ll forgive the phrase!

I’ve got to admit, I’ve slept through my alarm, again.

Which you’ve probably worked out is something I hate have happen*.

And on top of that … ?

On top of THAT, I’ve got a blocked nose.

Which is a hazard, in winter, I know.

But it’s worse, when — as now — however hard I blow …

It STAYS blocked … !

Irritating, isn’t it … ?

Let’s get moving on, shall we … ?

Yesterday’s Teaser saw Debbi — getting ever closer to the release of her new novel, Riptide — putting her answers: AND bagging 6 out of 7.

Enjoy those, everyone: I’ll confuse my younger readers with a tune from birthday boy, the late Mr Frank Zappa …

I’ve got to admit, I played that to my adopted niece, Sophie, a while back: she was, like, “Oh, MY GOD!”

* Alliteration: you’ve GOT to love it, haven’t you … ?

I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?

I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.

Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.

Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.

Thank you.
