Since Tuesday, we’ve had delays, and cancellations, which have added about half an hour to my journey to work.

We still have a bus replacement work, that allows Network Rail to do its scheduled track maintenance.

You’d’ve thought they’d cancelled it, wouldn’t you … ?
Somewhere out there are a bunch of workmen on serious overtime.

Not to worry. I had a funny day yesterday with matters to do with the house sale. Although I had informed everybody that I was going to be away and the future buyers know, they send me enquiries and want me to do things I should be home for. And, of course, I've sent them the paperwork I would need anyway. It is really annoying when you are prompt doing something and other people are just dragging their feet. Anyway, we shall see (the problem is that I cannot organise and plan everything if I don't know if things will go through or not.
I hope Debbi is well. I did catch up with the current The X-Files that I'd only watched the first one of (oh, and The Shape of Water).
I hope the journey is not as bad as you imagine. Here it was snowing a bit this morning and it's still icy, but let's hope it gets better, although I'm only going out for walks with the dogs.
