It has to be said, I spent a lot of lunch time, feeling numb.
Or, at least, numbest … and slightly floaty.
As I had a tooth out, today.
After four anaesthetic injections!
My jaw’s still slightly sore, even now.
But … ?
I have no wobbly tooth!
At any rate … ?
It’s Friday. I’ve had a wisdom tooth out. I’ve had a delivery from Amazon: an ice box, if you must know.
And … ?
I wanted to catch some TV.
And, yes: assuming you saw the initial post I’ve done about the series?
You’ve worked out I’ve watched another episode of The Mandalorian, Series 1.

Complete with the Child of the title — a child that seems to be a youngling of Jedi Master Yoda’s species.
Only to be ambushed along the way …
And to find this ship being dismantled by Jawas.
It’s only with the help of Kuiil (Nick Nolte) that the Mandalorian is able to negotiate with the Jawas for his parts.
They only want one thing, first.
They want … the egg … !

Now … did I enjoy it … ?
Two episodes in, I’ve concluded the The Mandalorian isn’t so much a science fiction show … as a space western.
With the alien ambushers, and Jawas standing in for hostile Native Americans, Kuiil, Nolte’s character, being an updated version of the crusty old guide in many a western …
And the Child, itself … ?
Being the innocent abroad that triggers the action.
OK … westerns usually aren’t my thing …
But this episode is reinforcing something I felt about the first episode.
This looks like an absolutely flawless, and very enjoyable, series.
