* Good luck on the phone meeting, then, Olga! It sounds like things are tightening, all over: apparently, the UK government’s talking about a national lockdown, again: we’ll know on Monday.
As for assisted dying … ? For myself, it’s not something I’d want for me … but you’re right, I think: the option has to be there. And the New Zealand law looks like it’s got good precautions in it.
† Morning, Mum!
‡ Yeah, there’s a song about ONE Henry 8th, Debbi: it’s not the same Henry, though! The Herman’s Hermit’s one’s is cheesy. Definitely cheesy. Dear god!
^ Morning, Edith: how’s the day looking … !
ª I hate to admit it, Trevor, I don’t think anyone else had an issue with Q1, yesterday … … … …
Q1) evening Q2) turnip Q3) the harvest season Q4) John Carpenter Q5) The Hungry Ghost Festival Good luck with getting a PC. And with the new article. You're going to be busy, but it should be good busy. Well, the phone meeting will mean spending money (there are problems with the gutters in the building, or rather, the street, but it seems that it's still the neighbours responsibility to pay for the work, so it's going to prove expensive. At least 500 euros, and they have to be paid in advance of the work being completed. At least here, at my mother's place, the work can be paid in installments. Oh, well. I was telling my mother I'd rather move to 2022 and give up on the rest of the year and next (I'm not sure at the rate we're going things will change significantly next year, vaccine or not).
I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
