* I hope so, Olga: my GP’s good at juggling these things.
And mentioning the hat reminds me: I have to dig up my long sleeved shirts. I know sunshine’s good for helping us produce vitamin D, but it’s sunburn weather, out there.
Have a good day at the Do!
† Hello, Mum!
‡ It should be something to watch, Debbi! And considering Bonnie Langford’s been on stage since she was seven, she’s possibly the most experienced performer the Dr Who team has hired … twice.
There’s talk of a UNIT spinoff, as well. We’ll see!
Q5) Swine Flu It is too hot for long sleeves here, but I try to remember to wear protection, factor 50 mostly (no point in going with lower, to tell you the truth, unless you have pretty dark skin to begin with). The do was fun. There were a lot of activities for children, including aerial acrobatics (or aerial dance, as they call it), face painting, henna hand painting, games, and they were preparing a huge (for 200 people) paella as well, this one a vegetable one, and it did smell and look great. They also had a guy doing a zumba-like activity, and he managed to get everybody going. It was a nice mixture of people, as this is a community school for adults, and they do lots of different courses, many for people arriving here from other countries. It was very sunny, but there was a bit of a breeze, and there are trees in that square, so it was possible to benefit from the shade...
I love it when someone comments. But, having had anonymous comments I feel may be libellous, actionable or just plain offensive, over the years?
I’d appreciate you* leaving your name — with a link to your website or social-media profile†, for preference — before you post a comment.
Should you choose to use a pseudonym/name, I’d appreciate it if that name were to be polite and inoffensive. I’d rather you kept it clean, and relatively grown up. Comments left with a pseudonym will be posted at my discretion: I really prefer a link.
Contentious, actionable or abusive posts left anonymously will not be posted. Nor will comments using offensive pseudonyms or language, or that are abusive of other commenters.
Thank you.
* I know many value their online privacy. I respect that. But hope you respect my wish to see who’s commenting on my blog: and my wish for you to introduce your self to me, and to your fellow commentors.
