*        It’s an idea, I think, Olga.   I’m assuming you knew pig’s ears are seen as dog treats, here?   I’ve seen them called knick-knacks in some markets.    Quite why that sticks in the mind, I don’t know … 

        As for Bobby … ?   I think he has a foot fetish: he’s attacked mine a few times.   I think he thinks they’re mice: we may have to ask Debbi what her cats do.

‡        I know exactly what you mean, Debbi.   I’ve worked with various younger people: who’ve never heard of the Pistols, or Kate Bush, or whoever.   And usually come away mildly stunned!   At any rate, I’de never heard of the speech, either: but noticed it as it shares its name with the Prime Minister’s official country house.

        Yes: I’d noticed the idea behind Bodies: I’ll have to see if I can find a copy!

        Oh … did I mention Bobby the Cat?   The cat my sister, and Jude, own?   Did I mention he has a thing about pouncing on feet?   He has a thing about pouncing on feet.   (Do any of yours do that … ?)
